A: A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance can be paid over time, up to 60 days before departure at the latest (unless noted otherwise).

A: Flights are not included in the trip cost. You are responsible for booking your own flights, and we’ll handle the rest once you arrive on your trip! All inclusions and exclusions are listed on each trip page. Other exclusions include alcoholic beverages (and some meals), visas, travel insurance, tips for guides, and airport transfers.

A: Yes! Most of our travelers are solo travelers looking to build community and meet friends who have the same love for adventure. We encourage you to sign up solo and create amazing friendships on these trips. Friends are welcome to sign up together of course! All are welcome.

A: We offer trips for all different fitness and adventure levels. If you find a trip you like, you’ll find a difficulty rating at the top of the page. We also provide the full detailed itinerary once a trip is available for booking.

A: The 25% deposit is non-refundable. But if you find that you’re unable to make it, you can transfer your spot to another Outdoorsy Gal! You will be in charge of finding a substitute traveler and handling the financial transaction between the two of you. If you find another traveler to take your place, you will be responsible for notifying us so we can contact the new traveler.
